I have translated it as
"61,000 to 90,000 cases of deaths caused by ACS annually are recorded in the literature also based on the availability of the dual therapy consisting of Clopidogrel + ASA, which is defined as the standard treatment up till this day."
but on the available therapy does not make sense at all, does it?
