"Hilfsstoffe:
Kapseln: Excipiens pro capsula
Ampullen: Natrii hydroxicum, Aqua ad solutionem"

I'm assuming something like "water for suspension", but can't be sure.

Explanation:
Well, apart from the fact it's Latin rather than German...

As the drug seems to be in an aqueous solution I would say "Sodium hydroxide, water as solvent."
