Bin am Uebersetzen einer Fachinformation zu Metoclopramid. Unter "Pharmakologische Eigenschaften" erscheint der Begriff in folgendem Zusammenhang:

Metoclopramid ist ein zentraler Dopamin2- und Serotonin3-Antagonist. Ferner zeigt es einen peripheren Serotonin4-Agonismus.

So schaut's aus bis jetzt mit meiner Uebersetzung:

"Metoclopramide is a central dopamine-2 and serotonin-3 antagonist. In addition, it has demonstrated peripheral serotonin-4 agonism."

Eine andere Idee von mir lautet: "peripheral serotonin-4 agonist activity"

Doch leider erscheint keine meiner Formulierungen nirgendwo im Internet bei meiner Google-Suche. Koennte aber auch an dem tiefgestellten Zeichen liegen. Hat jemand mit Erfahrung auf diesem Gebiet einen Vorschlag?
