neutral  uyuni: Why *deducted*? This would mean an arithmetic subtraction and that it has not be considered part of the daily dose... This is - at least in my perception - the contrary of what is meant here...

Bei 7+ Applikationsformen kann es aus meiner Sicht eigentlich nur um ein Kortikosteroid gehen (wagadugu...?).

Die Auswirkungen/unerwünschten Wirkungen einer Steroidtherapie hängen maßgeblich von der (dauerhaft verabreichten) Gesamttagesdosis ab - unabhängig vom Applikationsweg (intravenös, subkutan, intramuskulär..) -, so dass der Hersteller darauf hinweist, dass auch lokal verabreichtes *Soundso-...son* auf die akkumulierte Tagesdosis angerechnet werden muss.

Insofern würde ich den Satz etwas umstellen:

*XXX administered locally and parenterally must be considered part of/has to be taken into account for (calculation of) the accumulated daily dose.*
