I would say, the word "largely" could be applicable too, since "largely" is not referring to the noun ONLY ("Gesamtlieferant"), but to the WHOLE action ("mit Gesamtlieferungen umsetzen"). Hence, it is possible to use "largely" too, or "to a great extent" because the supplier covers e.g. only 85 % of all parallel/side services, so the supplier is "almost" a "total supplier" (-- but there might be some services he does not provide and which, if he were a total supplier, would normally provide...) So, I would suggest a translation like this:
"The project order/contract, implemented/provided by [COMPANY] largely/ to a great extent as a total supplier, was commissioned by the user in October 2011. |
