Nachsorge:

"Was kann ich gegen die roten Flecken unternehmen?"
--Exhiroduidsalbe, Arnikasalbe, Kamillosansalbe"

First off, does anyone know if "Exhiroduid" is a medication? And is it spelled correctly? Exhirudoid would make more sense to me...

How should I translate it for the non-EU territory?
Same with Kamillosansalbe. Since Kamillosan is not marketed in the US, for instance, should I translate as "Kamillosan oiitment", or resort to a descriptive term ( e.g. "ointment containing the chamomile extract").

I'd be grateful for your suggestions!
Thank you.
