In meinem Texts geht es um die Arbeitsanweisung zur Überprüfung der Konservierungskapazität verschiedener Produkte (Reiniger).

Dabei wird beschrieben, wie die verschiedenen hergestellten Keimlösungen getestet werden...

Für Candida z. Bsp. heißt es dann "1 Platte mit 5 ml Bouillon abspateln."

oder später: "Pilze immer unter der Lumina-Bank abspateln."

"Remove with a spatula" wie im Glossar zu finden, passt für mich nicht.

In den meisten englischen Links zu diesem Thema wird anstelle eines Spatels ein gebogener Stab zum Ausbreiten (Abspateln) verwendet.

One method of distributing bacteria evenly over the surface of an agar plate medium is commonly referred to as the spread plate method. Classically a small volume of a bacterial suspension is spread evenly over the agar surface using a sterile bent glass rod as the spreading device.
