German term or phrase: Nachtesttage
I don't normally work on software documents, so hope this all makes sense!

From SOP for the validation of an information management system for a pharmaceutical laboratory.

The term appears twice in a section covering risk analysis as part of conducting test cases. The document states that certain elements need to be examined particularly closely.

Under the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) list, this appears:

Produktionsauftrags-Informationen: Produktionsauftrags-Nummer.; Mengen; Empfangsdatum; Transaktionen (z.B. Zuordnungen, Bereitstellungen); Lagertage / ****Nachtesttage****

And then this appears under the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) list:

Teile-Informationen: Teile-Nr; Teilenotiz; Typ; Qualität; Lagerfähigkeit und ****Nachtesttage****

I have absolutely no idea what this term means so any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks!

Explanation:
All these items sound very "un-German" and may be a literal translation from some (English?) source. Hence, I would propose a more or less literal (back) translation and a translator's note to the client.
