Valoron N drops (explain that the N indicates the addition of naloxone); Tramal drops Explanation: At http://www.gbs.org/truelife/gbsexp28.html and http://www.bruno-groening.ch/english/heilungen/erfolg1028.ht... you'll find brief references to "Valoron drops." I never found Valoron N occuring in an English document, but there is a trademark symbol with Valoron at http://rzserv2.fh-lueneburg.de:6666/home.1/shr06/Dipl/Medika... According to http://www.meb.uni-bonn.de/giftzentrale/slang-v.html, Valoron N is Valoron with naloxone (English spelling), which, according to http://www.templejc.edu/ems/drugs/Naloxone.html, is "a competitive narcotic antagonist that is used in the management and reversal of overdoses." The Northern Lights search engine yielded 3 hits for "Tramal drops." One in particular, http://www.leciva.cz/ENGLISH/How_To_Do_Business_With_Us/Slov... showed Tramal as a registered trademark for a variety of products used in Slovakia Since they are product names, I would leave that part as is, then translate "Tropfen" as drops and explain what the N stands for in Valoron N. I'm not a pharmaceutical expert nor do I do a lot of medical translation, but I hope this information helps.
