This is from an SOP for filling pre-filled syringes.

Before and after filling, one of the things to check is "Schliessbegasung" and the value it is supposed to have is 60-70 x 10 L/h

I don't have a proper description of the procedures, just the batch forms, i.e. a check list of processes to be performed and the expected values, with blanks for the actual values to be inserted.

N2 purging is used at other points in the procedures, and they also use layers of nitrogen when storing the product, but I don't know if any of that is relevant here.

You won't get around rewording here. As we don't know the design of the machine and the way the syringes are handled, I suggest the general phrase 'under an inert atmosphere'. Or under nitrogen, if you are sure about the inert gas being used.
