Die Herstellung des Mediums TSB für Media Fill & Run (Tryptone Soy Broth = Caseinpepton-Sojamehlpepton-Lösung) erfolgt im Zentralen Medienbetrieb in Gebäude X, MARS gemäß SOP 123 Nicht produktberührende Medien Herstellung von TSB für Media-Fill und Media-Run.
Die Herstellung erfolgt nach der Rezeptur gemäß SOP 123 (s. Abbildung 2).
Nach Ansatz der Lösung wird diese gerührt. Als Inprozesskontrolle erfolgt die pH-Wert-Bestimmung. Der Produktansatz wird über einen 0,45 µm-Filter filtriert und in die Abfüllgebinde abgefüllt. Anschließend werden die Gebinde dampfsterilisiert. Das abgefüllte Medium wird abschließend einem Sterilitätstest unterzogen."

From a vaccine company's deviation report. This part of the report is giving some background info about the production of tryptone soy broth. I can't find a definite translation for "Produktansatz" anywhere. However, what I have discovered is that it seems to be an exact synonym of Separationsansatz. Unfortunately, I can't find a translation for Separationsansatz anywhere either. Does anyone know what specific meaning this has in a chemical or biological context? TIA for your assistance.
