im for Explanation: "...time from diagnosis to systemic therapy for cancer recurrence", wäre eine Möglichkeit (Bezüglich der Bedeutung von "im": ich kenne diese Formulierung genau so, wie Johanna im Diskussionsfeld geschrieben hat, im Sinne von "bei einem Rezidiv" oder "wenn ein Rezidiv auftritt".)
