German term or phrase: Übernahme aus AZ

This is a sheet of testing instructions (Prüfanweisung) for milk thistle extract. The sheet contains a table with columns labelled "Prüfpunkte," "Methode," and "Spezifikation."

The middle column has several abbreviations about which I am unsure. The first is the above, "Übernahme aus AZ," which I am guessing as "taken from file no." (Aktenzeichen).

There is also a use of "AV", as in "AV 1.1.3.1," listed under "Methode."

Is anyone familiar with these abbreviations?
