Wenn man den eher legeren Stil von "Fixkombi" im Englischen beibehalten möchte (es wurde ja nicht "Fixkombination" o.Ä. verwendet), schlage ich "fixed combination" vor, das im www als englischer Studientitel in Zusammenhang mit den genannten Wirkstoffen verwendet wird.

In englischen Texten, die ich übersetzt habe, ist mir sogar schon "fixed combo" und "fixed-dose combo" untergekommen.
