I understand how the term in question could be interpreted as another name for "allergy remedy," but I'm pretty sure that it is a Mischung as in "Blumenmischung" (flower seed mix). Sanni has indicated that this is for desensitization, so it is the opposite of the antihistamine formulations that I've sold as a pharmacy technician.

Natural products generally receive less attention than synthetic ones, but when concentrated, they are just as dangerous, and they are easily adulterated, mislabeled, allowed to go bad or received that way, etc. Hence the need for regulation.
