German term or phrase: h.E. (abk.)
What could the abbreviation "h.E." stand for in the following passages from the evaluation of a patent application?

A quality according to Claim 4, according to which “the foot (3) is arranged accept a flat or plate-shaped form by means of the segments (5a, b, c…) connected with hinge links, and wherein a form, in which at least two segments (5a, b, c…) enclose an angle with each other[,]” should also rather indisputably adhere to the mounting part of D1, cf. figures 1 and 2, according to which the foot with fig. 1 h.E. [?] accepts a flat or plate-shaped form, and with fig. 2 a form where two segments 20, 30 enclose an angle with each other.

Here's another example:

Even if this is not explicitly shown in D1 according to the understanding proposed here, nevertheless it should at least be suggested - even more clearly - by the figures themselves (which h.E. [?] show a design of the hinges corresponding to the invention), that the hinges of the mounting part of D1 are also arranged as in the invention according to Claim 5 “to enable the thereby connected segments to take a relatively angular position in the range of at least +90 degrees to -90 degrees.”
