(people) who just want to be noticed
Explanation:
or "are desperate to be noticed/seen" is how I'd handle this in the given context. "Profile neurotic" seems mostly to be "Profile: neurotic" if you google the term.

agree  TonyTK: Yes, probably best to paraphrase it as it's such a common German term and "profile" or "neurotic" look strange in this context. Perhaps even "(self-obsessed) narcissists"?

Heckler

Explanation:
I think in the context heckler would be good, it best descibes someone who interupts a meeting.

agree  hazmatgerman (X): Within the context, and with the intended slight, yes. "image neurotic" (see my note to asker) sound untrue to me.
1 hr
  -> thanks, also I would agree the phrase "image neurotic" is construed. I find most usage of neurotic misusage. It seems the label is applied as a slur not a medical condition.

neurotic profiler

Explanation:
I think that what is meant here is "profiling" ( surely most know the well-known racial profiling, although not the case here), so I thought that neurotic profiler or possibly also "judgemental neurotic" would suit the context.

disagree  John Dale D.D.: you seem to be describing a) profiler who happens to be neurotic or b) a neurotic who also is judgemental. As an aside, since we all make judgements are we all neurotic?
1 hr
  -> Ok, thanks

disagree  hazmatgerman (X): With Dale; would seem not to conform with source context.
