German term or phrase: Betroffene und Beteiligte involvieren
Another headline of this powerpoint presentation

Es geht darum, dass es in einem Veränderungsprozess diejenigen gibt, die besser abschneiden, während andere weniger gut abschneiden...

Letztlich soll aber niemand mit einem negativen Gefühl aus diesem Veränderungsprozess weggehen...daher rät man die Betroffenen und Beteiligten zu involvieren...

Is my translation: Get all parties involved...acceptable? I find "Betroffener" and "Beteiligter" always difficult to translate and don't really know how to differentiate that in English...

In this case, your answer sounds very suitable to me.

Helen's translation is correct, but yours sounds more naturally-flowing to my ears; German formulations sometimes need to be simplified :)

or

to seek the participation of those affected and involved

I presume the point is that some people, who may not be involved per se, are nonetheless affected.
