anxiety meditation session Explanation: I am no psychologist, but an MD with some basic knowledge of psychiatry. Thus, a medium CL, but it does sound quite convincing, doesn't it? In any way, I hope it helps you further |

time for worries Explanation: or "appointment" with troubles/concerns/worries or similar IMO this does not necessarily refer to an actual consultation of a psychiatrist, but rather to an appointed time and place to which the patient is supposed to limit his worries, ponderings etc. In analogy to the other term you asked, this is obviously intended as a means for gaining control over those mental processes (worrying, brooding, etc.) which before have been controlling the patient. Google hits for Sorgensprechstunde do not suggest a technical term to me, since Sorgensprechstunde appears in a number of different contexts (e. g. education, social life, animal breeding) beyond psychiatry, generally meaning an appointed time and place where any kind of concerns can be addressed. |

therapeutic sharing session Explanation: that's how I would call it - a special time in the counseling process that is set aside to allow the disclosure of fears and the sharing of worries. |

I simply wanted to suggest another alternative! |
