German term or phrase: Ich-Erlebnisstörungen
I think these kinds of disorders are associated with schizophrenia but I can't find an exact English term. Not a lot of context except "Es besteht kein Anhalt auf Ich-Erlebnisstoerungen".

depersonalisation

Explanation:
Wikipedia:
"Depersonalization (or depersonalisation) is an anomaly of self-awareness. It consists of a feeling of watching oneself act, while having no control over a situation."
German also uses the English word.

neutral  Helen Shiner: This would be only one of many disturbances in experiencing the self./But if you read about schizophrenia, these disturbances go beyond just depersonalisation. i.e. it is only one of the possible forms of disordered self-perception. Thus the umbrella term

-> Your suggestion seems to be just a different version of mine. My Wikipedia reference says "anomaly of self awareness", which is an almost exact translation of "Ich-Erlebnisstörung".

agree  Anne Schulz: for schizophrenia, "depersonalisation" is the appropriate term

Self-disorder and subjective dimensions of suicidality in schizophrenia.

ABSTRACT We studied 25 schizophrenia patients using the Examination of Anomalous Self-Experience phenomenological interview framework. In a previous study, this sample was qualitatively interviewed concerning subjective reasons for suicidal ideation. We hypothesized that 2 main identified reasons for suicidality, that is, sense of solitude and inferiority feelings, would be associated with disturbances measured by the Examination of Anomalous Self-Experience scale, that is, disorders of self-awareness and self-presence. The hypothesis was empirically supported. The results shed some additional light on suicidality in schizophrenia: it appears to be partly motivated by a disordered sense of self.
