German term or phrase: Kontaktstörung
In a German medical report, patient is depressed and suffers from anxiety in interpersonal contact, so has become withdrawn, etc. Below is exact sentence for context if it helps:

"Immer wieder zeigt sich de ausgeprägte Kontaktstörung des Patienten."

I thought this word would be "contact disorder" in English, but on English google it automatically switches me to "conduct disorder", so I am not sure how to translate this word into English. Maybe it is just a quirk of google but I wanted to ask to make sure what the proper translation would be in English.

Thanks!
Stephen
