The customer not only offers the coaching on a specific day, but does some advance work in the coaching (contacts client and interviews them before the planned date). Then when the coaching is done they do a follow up.

Not quite sure if I should say advanced, pre coaching.

Follow-up coaching might sound alright.

I haven't the foggiest idea whether this is appropriate to the complete lack of context, but apeals to me because, a) there's a humorous relationship to sports; and b) the second suggestion indicates the coaching was successful.
