team supervision As Ramey says, "team supervision" is rather specific, but I think it likely that this is what is specifically meant by "Teambegleitung" in this context. I think it is important to include the reference to a team to make it clear that a psychotherapist would be supervising/supporting/accompanying a team rather than a number of individuals.

Mentoring is very specific, David (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/mentoring). My experience with supervision, in the psychological sense, is a monthly (weekly, quarter annually) meeting where caregivers (teachers, etc.) vent/discuss their issues with their work. This is standard practice among many institutions that work with ill/handicapped/dying people.

This requires a less literal translation. "Begleitung" is about being alongside someone (in this case the team); it literally means accompanying.
