(WVS is the abbreviation for Warenverschiebung.)

I had thought it was something like 'goods displacement', assuming the customer was moving things around and the assistant had to return them, but the second example refers to a logistics task that comes under the heading 'Goods Service', so displacement doesn't seem right.

My offering so far:
Minimum handling costs in the branches for returns and goods displacement.
