Seit Februar 2009 bietet die Privat-Fleischerei ein Premium-Sortiment handwerklich hergestellter Salami-Spezialitäten an. Die drei beliebten Spezialitäten L’Aroma, Germanica und Romantica gibt es seit Februar im großen SB-Rundleger (jeweils 80 Gramm).

SB = self-service, but does anyone know what's meant by Rundleger?

I think "tray" would get the meaning of the "Rundleger" across here.
I do not think it is a drawback to not express the arrangement of the salami.

Alternatively, you could call it "platter", as Helen wrote below.
