neutral  philgoddard: We know the phrase exists in English, but I haven't found anything proving that it's what Spiegelmanager means.

  -> I agree, proving it will be difficult. I have not seen "Spiegel" used in this way too often, but just enough to allow me to comment. Of course, this will be worth a note to the customer.
