German term or phrase: Achterliekstrecker
Die richtige Position hast Du erreicht, wenn der Baum ungefähr in der Mitte der beiden Klemmcleats ist. Jetzt ist es Zeit, um das Segel mit dem Achterliekstrecker zu befestigen. Falls Du einen Verklicker (18) hast, stecke ihn durch das Gewebeband in das dafür vorgesehene Loch im Masttop.

English translation:afterleech rope
Explanation:
It's the rope (Strecker)

Beim am Baum befestigten Großsegel wird die Spannung des Unterlieks durch den sogenannten Unterliekstrecker geregelt, eine am Schothorn befestigte Leine.

It derives from the Dutch "achter" meaning reverse/back, liek = Leine... Kind of a wrong translation and liek+strecker is "doppelt gemoppelt"
