None of these terms can really be used to describe a "profession" in the sense of an electrician or plumber. They are more terms that are used to describe individual characteristics but certainly not professional capabilities. The term "Beruf" is certainly misplaced here unless it is used in a rather cynical manner which would certainly not be fitting for a school book.
