Here's some examples of voicemail fraud: https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/voicemail-system-hackin... none of them involve forwarding the messages ("tape") themselves, so I'd be inclined to check further with the client, or keep slightly ambiguous with "voicemail forwarding"
