Es geht um einen Beratervertrag im Bereich Modellentwicklung, insbesondere Entwicklung von Gegen- und Fotomustern in Zusammenarbeit mit den Einkäufern der Auftrageberfirma. Die Leistungsvergütung wird als Prozentsatz des "BEK-Volumens" vereinbart. Der Satz lautet wie folgt:
"Für die Leistungen wird ein Honorar von x % vom BEK-Volumen der im Rahmen dieser Vertrages im Markt platzierten Styles/Gegen-/Fotomuster in der entsprechenden Landeswährung vereinbart."
Leider kann ich mir da überhaupt nichts drunter vorstellen, und konnte auch im Netz nichts passendes finden.
