Volume of penetrated water Explanation: you don´t have to forget that Menge = quantity/volume. Handbook of technical textiles: Bundesmann Test (ISO 9865) "If the measuring cylinder becomes full it overflows into a beaker so that the total volume of penetrated water can be measured.
