How do you say Knopfleiste in English? I found button placket, button facing, button panel etc. but I'm not sure if those are technical terms. Baby rompers have "Knopfleisten" for easy changing...

PS. For babygrows (rompers) I would just say poppers... Surely they don't have buttons, that would be too fiddly...
