This is from a Swiss resort regarding repairs, upkeep, etc.

I'm wondering if this may actually be a typo or if I can't find the correct translation for Blusenpuppe because based on the rest of the sentence, it seems like a part was installed so that the washing facilities would run more efficiently. The only entries I can find for Blusenpuppe are images of models from catalogs or mannequins. That doesn't seem to fit.
