I'm guessing this isn't "delivery man, postman, deliverer or tool". Perhaps "set-off", "complement", "accoutrement", "accompaniment"?
I'm sure there must be a better term out there, so any advice appreciated.

You could also rearrange the sentence in such a way that the shirts 'finish off' or 'pull together' an outfit when combined with the jacket. 'Pull together' is used a lot in this context.

Finally, you could even try: "Wear/team up sleeveless shirts with a stylish jacket for a great/finished/[another adjective] outfit/look". Depends very much on the context really; a magazine will need a different sort of register to a website or an advertisement.

NB: I prefer 'stylish' to 'fashionable', myself; 'fashionable' somehow just seems doddery to me, but that may just be me.
