German term or phrase: Jagdbogenschiessen
This is a tourist attraction in Bad Gastein, Austria. I even have a video for you to watch:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UUMEupGS5Vs

Basically you go round with a snazzy looking bow and arrows shooting at stuffed alpine animals! I can't think of anything that doesn't sound gruesome/clumsy. The best I have come up with is "Archery Hunt". Thanks you for your ideas.

Explanation:
Bow and arrows trail, or bow and arrows hunting trail. The trail gets across the idea that you move from point to point.

disagree  Cetacea: This has nothing to do with hunting, i.e. no animals get killed, neither for food nor for trophies. Any bowhunter booking that "attraction" would feel swindled.

agree  Lancashireman: Disagree with the Great White Whale. The fact that this is a simulation is understood. You are translating the headline term here (Jagd-). Archery is the wrong term to use, as that is about shooting arrows at static target boards.
