German term or phrase: Genussradeln
Und wieder mal das nette Wörtchen Genuss.
Es geht um einen Folder, in dem drei Genussradeltouren angeboten werden.

Genussradeln:
Wer hier radelt, radelt lustvoller. Woher ich das weiß? Weil ich dabei war, bei den geführten Radtouren mit vollem Genuss.
Hauptsache dabei: der Genuss. Aufatmen und in die Pedale treten. Natur genießen und Kulinarik erleben.
Buchen Sie jetzt Ihre Genusstour!

English translation:Like to Bike
Explanation:
If you want something a bit more catchy, I suggest this. Genussradeln and Genusstour could be Like to Bike tour, and then you could translate "Genuss" on its own as pleasure, enjoyment or whatever.

gourmet/culinary cycle tours

Explanation:
gourmet or culinary, I think it depends on exactly what kind of food will be sampled on these tours

agree  Sarah Swift: Food or the local wines, spirits, beers...German bike tours can be a long series of liquid lunches

Leisurely bike tours that will whet your appetite

Explanation:
This is a pain to translate because so many different meanings of "Genuss" are deployed simultaneously: round my parts the word is used to imply culinary pleasures (dining, breweries, wineries) AND to imply that the tours offered will be leisurely and enjoyable rather than being sweaty slogfests for hardcore sporty cyclists. I would use different translations throughout the text to reflect whichever of those meanings comes most obviously to the fore in the specific context of any given sentence. Trying to capture the full range of meanings transported by the German word every time it crops up would result in a very long text, so I think some creative rephrasing is in order. I think it's important not to focus so much on the wining and dining ("gourmet region", "culinary pleasures" etc.) that you lose the implicit message "you will be well able for this relaxed and leisurely tour even if you aren't very fit and don't cycle regularly."

In light of Silvia's update, I have several ideas, I'd like to throw out here. IMO, they all work well as umbrella terms under a 'engaging the senses' theme (Feel free to substitute 'tours' for 'rides' where appropriate)

Bike rides for all senses

Bike rides, sensory delights

Delightful (stimulating) bike rides

More than a joy ride

Biking treats of nature AND nutrition

Explanation:
Remember what the German word is for a treat and that 'Natur genießen' is the first half of the headline.
