Although "Frühstück" is an obvious choice it does not seem to make much sense here. 1) Why say "möbl. Zi." first, add more info and then come back with an breakfast option for said room? 2) Why first use the most obvious and common abbreviation "Zi." and then suddenly switch to an somewhat unusual "ZI" if the same thing was meant? 3) Furnished rooms with breakfast are usually not offered for long term (!) accommodation. Is this offer long-term or short-term? And where is it? Is there any chance that "ZI F" could refer to the location or parts of it?

No David - that is all there was. I am not a complete idiot (honest) and wouldn't have asked the question if there was more than that! As regards the accomodation, my mistake not the Internet's, but corrected already thanks

That is obviously "room and breakfast", but yours isn't complete - what follows the "Zi F"? There are many, many entries for "Zi f. Raucher"; "Zi f. Familien" - it's all good old "context", and you left us a little short here, didn't you?

BTW, did you copy and paste the "acco*M*odation" off the Internet somewhere? I wish I could delete all these (and all the "a*C*omodation's" as well as "a"C"o*mmodation's!) which appear on the net - millions of mistakes, perpetuated by one of the most powerful tools of all time...

Thanks for that Steffen - could be... I am just a bit wary because it comes in a list of "rented accomodation" (it is a "möbl. Zi."), so I am not sure they would be talking about breakfast
