Voici le contexte dans le cadre d'une interview :
[Journal]: Das heißt, Sie werden auch zunächst keinen neuen eigenständigen Vertrieb mehr kaufen.
[M. ABC] : Das werden wir mit Sicherheit die nächsten Jahre nicht machen. Wir als [Société] sind stark genug, um organisch aus uns heraus zu wachsen. Vor allem im Ausland sehen wir derzeit [...] dass dies der richtige Weg ist – auch vor dem Hintergrund überschaubarer Kosten und Risiken. Ich werde sicherlich nicht den Fehler machen, Unternehmen zu kaufen, die von ihrer Unternehmensphilosophie bzw. -kultur nicht zu unserer [Société] passen."

Auriez-vous une autre suggestion pour "organisch" que "sur le plan organique" ?

Voilà où j'en suis :
"Nous en tant que [Société] sommes assez forts pour croître seul [sur le plan organique]."

Apparemment, l'expression est assez courante dans ce contexte. Je supprimerais "aus sich heraus", qui n'est qu'une explicitation du terme organique. Ou alors, rajouter : "sans soutien extérieur".

Explanation:
On parle, d'une part, de croissance externe (par acquisitions d'autres entr. par ex.) et, d'autre part, de croissance interne (par la conquête de nouvelles parts de marché par ex.).

Il me semble que "croissance organique" est une traduction littérale de l'anglais.
