Je pense que le mot bezüglich s'est glissé là, mais que c'est une erreur.
On aurait pu comprendre aussi qu'il faut mieux maîtriser les 3 points suivants, mais ça ne marche pas, puisqu'il y a le verbe verbessern.

Mais parfois, nos amis suisses ont des expressions très surprenantes... Alors wait and see.

Même si ça se rapporte à l'énumération, c'est un allemand bancal, car ça donnerait: Besser beherrschen bez. Analyse baustellenspezifisch verbessern. Pas terrible du tout. Il faut vérifier la présentation du texte original.

Asker: bezüglich se rapporte alors à l´énumération... ouh lala, ça ne va plus là... merci !

Asker: La phrase est pourtant présentée comme ça, avec les 3 énumérations après bezüglich.... :-(
