Explanation:
Je pense qu'il s'agit d'accord sur objectifs de la part du management d'une ligne de produits et que ces chiffres sont inclus dans le système IMS. Alors, les communiquer au client peut évidemment créer des problèmes...

disagree  Maxime Boisset: En Suisse, "Linie" a souvent le sens de "hiérarchie". Ici, "commitment" pourrait signifier "motivation". Il faut voir dans le contexte, mais je traduirais plutôt par "motivation de l'encadrement".

  -> Oui tu peux bien avoir raison, d'autant plus que je viens de réaliser que le texte ne parle pas de communiquer au CLIENT, mais à l'UTILISATEUR, donc en interne. On peut donc imaginer que des modifications incessantes du système ne soient pas bénéfiques...
