Bonjour,
il s'agit d'un terme utilisé dans le contexte d'un questionnaire destiné aux marchands de chaussures d'une certaine marque pour évaluer les produits et les services offerts.
Ce terme est cité dans un tableau avec d'autres termes tels que: Abverkaufsquote, Produktqualität, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Pour "Abverkaufsquote" j'ai trouvé un équivalent en francais, en fait dans une question KudoZ, qui proposait "taux de solde". Définition: Abverkaufsquote = (Absatzmenge/Wareneingang) * 100

Pour Abverkaufsgarantie: Est-ce que le terme "garantie de solde" existe? Mes recherches sur Internet ne m'ont pas vraiment éclairée...
