Da ich erhebliche Investitionen in das Restaurant vornehmen muß, möchte ich eine Kaufoption option d’achat des bail nach Ablauf der Mietzeit expiration du bail in den Mietvertrag aufnehmen. Sie haben dafür einen Kaufpreis von 60.000 € genannt. Mit der Aufnahme einer Erhöhungsklausel in Anlehnung an den offiziellen Index der Lebenshaltungskosten (indice des prix à la consommation) bin ich einverstanden.
