Bonjour, je suis en train de traduire un article qui retrace la carrière du PDG d'un groupe international, qui en parlant d'un proche collaborateur, l'intitule : NN, mein **Vize und Stellvertreter**.
Comme il s'agit du **Stellvertreter** du PDG d'une entreprise très connue à l'internationale, je me voie mal le qualifier d'« adjoint ».
Quant au "Vize", c'est vice-président bien sûr.

Je suis un peu pressée et je n'arrive pas à trouver une expression appropriée.
