Voir sur greenguard.org, le "slogan" de l'association est "certifying low emitting interior products".
Cet organisme n'a donc rien à voir avec les normes ISO et il n'existe d'après mes recherches aucune traduction "officielle" de cette certification "références anglophones uniquement).
Je pense qu'il vaut donc mieux s'en tenir à une traduction la plus littérale possible, sans risque de se tromper.
