J'ai aussi trouvé avancée, car je me me demandais s'il ne fallait pas dire saillie par rapport au mât ou par rapport au bord de la chaussée et je suis tombée tout d'abord sur ce site :

Anmerkung: Es gigt einige wenige Seiten untger produkte24.com, wo Lichtpunktüberstand mit inclinaison übersetzt wird, aber diese Seiten scheinen mir nicht fachlich fundiert zu sein. Außerdem handelt es sich beim Überstand (oder Überhang) nicht um eine Neigung.
