Il s'agit d'un texte suisse, mais l'expression n'a peut-être rien de spécifique à la Suisse. Ma question porte tout autant sur "Bildungseinrichtungen" que sur "anerkannte" (ici).
En effet, le texte évoque n'importe quel type d'établissement dispensant une formation, des cours (qu'il s'agisse d'une école, d'un institut, d'une université), de formation initiale ou continue.
Et pour "anerkannt", je me demande si on pourrait traduire par "sous contrat", ou "reconnus par l'Etat" en référence à un certain type d'écoles privées en France ?...
