cette expression est généralement traduite par "mis en sacs", mais dans le cas présent, il s'agit d'une production industrielle de croissants. Une fois que ceux-ci sont passés dans le tunnel de congélation, ils "passent par une mise en sacs automatique" ou " sont placés automatiquement dans des sacs"? :

Danach werden sie automatisch in Säcke abgefüllt und in Kartons verpackt.
