Bonjour,

Il s'agit ici d'un restaurant. Je ne sais pas quoi penser de ce mot, j'ai trouvé comme traduction "pléthore, abondance.." mais je ne vois pas le rapport. Il semble que ce ne soit pas non plus un nom propre (vu le plan du restaurant) alors peut-être un terme spécifique de la région (Bavière) ? Merci de votre aide.

Als Schwemme wird in der Biergastronomie der Bereich in einer Schankwirtschaft (besonders in Brauereigaststätten und Bierpalästen) bezeichnet, in dem besonders große Mengen Bier ausgeschenkt bzw. getrunken werden. Meist handelt es sich um die größten Säle der jeweiligen Wirtschaft, oft Kellergewölbe („Bierkeller“) mit relativ einfacher Inneneinrichtung, in denen viele Reihen von Tischen und Bänken stehen.
