"Versicherte, die das XX Altersjahr überschritten haben, dürfen insgesamt höchstens die Austrittsleitsung, auf die sie im XX Altersjahr Anspruch gehabt hätten, oder - wenn diese höher ist - die Hälfte der Austrittsleistung im Zeitpunkt des Bezuges in Anspruch nehmen. "
