" Vorbehalten bleibt die Durchführbarkeit, wenn bei der versicherten Person vor der Ehescheidung ein Vorsorgefall eintritt. "

J'ai trouvé "est réservé " sur admin pour Vorbehalt et aimerais confirmation que cela peut bien être employé ainsi en langage juridique.
( La praticabilité/faisabilité est réservée lorsque intervient...)
